Prisma Scripts develops FiveM scripts and custom websites and web applications. You can reach us at info@prisma-scripts.com or via our Discord.
2. Products and services
We provide digital products (FiveM scripts) and custom projects. Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.
3. Orders and payments
Purchases in our shop are handled through Tebex, our payment provider. Prices are in euros and, where applicable, include VAT. An agreement is formed once your payment is confirmed by Tebex.
4. License and use
When you buy a script you receive a personal, non-transferable license linked to your FiveM account. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or distribute the source code outside your own server unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Delivery
Digital products are made available immediately after a successful payment. Your purchased scripts appear in your account once you log in with your FiveM account.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has started with your explicit consent. If a product demonstrably does not work as described, contact us — we will look for a solution or offer a refund where reasonable.
7. Intellectual property
All scripts, code, designs and content remain the property of Prisma Scripts. A purchase grants you a right of use, not ownership of the underlying code.
8. Liability
Our products are provided "as is". Prisma Scripts is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages resulting from improper use or installation of our products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant purchase.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
